Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with colorectal cancer and planned for colostomy surgery; 2. Age = 60 years, with the ability to read, write, and communicate, and without cognitive dysfunction; 3. Aware of their condition and agree to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with cachexia or terminal colorectal cancer; 2.Accompanied by tumor recurrence, metastasis, or concurrent presence of other cancers; 3.History of mental illness or currently taking antipsychotic medication;
