The control group:Take 3g of soybean oil soft capsules orally every day

35 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age between 35-65 years old, regardless of gender or ethnicity; 2. Diagnosed with hypercholesterolemia, TC >= 5.2 mmol/L or LDL-C >= 3.4 mmol/L; 3. Weekly seafood intake should not exceed 200g; or have not taken n-3 polyunsaturated fatty acid supplements in the past 3 months; 4. Voluntarily participate and sign an informed consent form, cooperate to complete the questionnaire arranged by the researcher or accept telephone follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Familial hyperlipidemia or triglyceride concentration >4.56mmol/L; 2. Suffering from any form of liver, kidney, and malignant tumors; 3. Individuals known to be allergic to seafood or research drugs (n-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids).
