Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion Criteria for Lung Cancer Patients: 1. Age > 18 years; 2. Diagnosed with lung cancer or suspected lung cancer scheduled for surgical resection; 3. No prior history of malignant tumors; 4. No prior anti-tumor treatments such as radiotherapy, chemotherapy, or targeted therapy. Inclusion Criteria for Healthy Subjects: 1. Age > 18 years; 2. No space-occupying lesions found on chest CT; 3. No current or prior history of malignant tumors.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion Criteria for Lung Cancer Patients: 1. Inability to tolerate the collection procedure of exhaled breath condensate; 2. Presence or suspicion of active infection; 3. Abnormal liver or kidney function; 4. Postoperative pathology negates the diagnosis of lung cancer; 5. Insufficient volume of exhaled breath condensate collected or failure to pass quality inspection. Exclusion Criteria for Healthy Subjects: 1. Inability to tolerate the collection procedure of exhaled breath condensate; 2. Presence or suspicion of active infection; 3. Abnormal liver or kidney function; 4. Insufficient volume of exhaled breath condensate collected or failure to pass quality inspection.
