Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Surgical patients with clear anesthesia medication records, aged >=16 years;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Incomplete anesthesia records, inability to verify accurate medication administration, perioperative adverse events such as severe allergic reactions, postoperative ICU admission, absence of recovery room time documentation, patients undergoing spinal anesthesia, local anesthesia, epidural anesthesia, and use of inhalation anesthetics other than sevoflurane (e.g., desflurane, isoflurane).
