18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 18–65 years old, ASA I–III classification patients undergoing video-assisted thoracic surgery (VATS) Lobectomy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Arrhythmias requiring treatment before or during hospitalization; 2. Presence of severe neurological, renal, cardiovascular or hepatic diseases; 3. History of epilepsy or epileptic seizures; 4. With ear infections, lesions or other skin diseases (eczema, dermatitis, etc.); 5. With severe mental disorders (severe psychosis, schizophrenia, etc.); 6. Received VNS therapy in the past month; 7. History of chemoradiotherapy; 8. History of severe diabetes with peripheral neuropathy; 9. Patients scheduled for nerve block analgesia; 10. Unable to cooperate with the assessments of preoperative anxiety and depression and postoperative NRS pain scores.
