Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Diagnosed and having undergone artificial joint replacement surgery at our hospital; 2.Age = 18 years; 3.Received lower limb color Doppler ultrasound or CTPA screening as prescribed during hospitalization; 4.Complete perioperative medical records;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with a history of severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and/or malignant tumors; 2.Patients diagnosed with VTE during their first hospitalization; pregnant or postpartum women; patients with incomplete clinical data; and patients with poor compliance.
