Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 years or older, any gender; 2. Patients who are permanent residents within the jurisdiction (residing in this area for at least 6 months); 3. Patients with malignant advanced tumors with clear pathological or clinical diagnosis results; 4. Have the practical conditions to complete subsequent follow-up management; 5. Fully understand this project, are willing to accept subsequent follow-up management, and voluntarily sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with other psychiatric or psychological disorders that affect cognitive function; 2. Those who are unable to understand, read, or complete self-assessment scales due to knowledge level or intelligence; 3. Those deemed unsuitable for enrollment by the researcher.
