Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. CD patient group: Meet the diagnostic criteria for inflammatory bowel disease in China (2018); CDAI score >=150 (active phase); Age range 18-70 years; Possess autonomous decision-making capacity and the ability to provide informed consent; Provide signed informed consent. 2. Healthy control group (fecal samples only): Age range 18-70 years; normal cognitive function; voluntarily agree to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Coexisting other immune system diseases, malignant tumors, or acute/chronic infections; 2. Pregnant or lactating women; 3. Individuals with mental disorders or poor compliance; 4. Cases with missing clinical data.
