Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Pregnant women aged 18-45 years; 2.Proposed cesarean section under spinal anesthesia; 3.Consent to participate in this study and sign the informed consent form;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Refusal to participate in this study; 2.Pregnant women with contraindications to spinal anesthesia; 3.Known arrhythmias (e.g. atrial fibrillation, frequent prematurity) may affect HRV analysts; 4.Is taking drugs that may significantly affect autonomic function or HRV; 5.Unable to cooperate with the study process or wear monitoring equipment;
