Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed with COPD (meeting the criteria of the GOLD guidelines); 2. Osteoporosis detected by dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry (T-score <= -2.5SD); 3. Voluntarily participate in this study and be able to cooperate with the completion of the questionnaire.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with severe cognitive impairment; 2. Suffering from terminal illness (such as malignant tumor); 3. Having experienced an osteoporotic fracture within the past 6 months.
