Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged > 18 years, regardless of gender. 2. Definition of ERM group: Patients with stage 3 or 4 ERM confirmed by fundus exam and OCT. They are divided into PRD and nPRD groups based on whether PRD is present on preoperative or intraoperative fundus exam during vitrectomy. 3. Definition of MH group: Patients with MH confirmed by fundus exam and OCT.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.The study eye with secondary epiretinal membrane; 2.The study eye with secondary macular hole; 3.The study eye has a history of intraocular surgery other than cataract surgery. 4.The study eye is complicated with high myopia. 5.The study eye is complicated with other ocular pathologies such as glaucoma, retinal vascular diseases and retinal detachment. 6.Any eye has a history of idiopathic or autoimmunity-related uveitis; 7.Severe systemic diseases (e.g., uncontrolled hypertension, diabetes mellitus, cardiovascular diseases) that affect the safety of the study or the evaluation of results.
