the remimazolam group:Intravenous injection of remimazolam at 0.2mg/kg
the etomidate group:Intravenous injection of etomidate at 0.3mg/kg

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Elderly patients who are scheduled to undergo gastrointestinal surgeries such as gastrectomy, enterectomy, appendectomy, and rectotomy; 2. Age: 65-85 years old,Weight: 50 to 80 kilograms; 3.The estimated operation time is 2 to 6 hours; 4. Cardiac function grade II to III; 5.ASA classification II and III;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Relative contraindications for general anesthesia: Patients with severe heart and lung diseases; 2. There is a history of syncope and dizziness; 3. Those with a history of mental illness, neurology, drug abuse or addiction; 4. Patients with cerebrovascular or carotid artery diseases; 5. Have taken benzodiazepines intermittently in the past three months; 6. Those who are known to have an allergic constitution or are allergic to the test drug; 7. TCD is unable to detect the blood flow signal of the middle cerebral artery;
