Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age: >=50; 2.AD patients: (1) Meet the DSM-5 or NINCDS-ADRDA diagnostic criteria for Alzheimer's disease (AD), which needs to be verified by a clinician interview; (2) Cognitive function assessment: CDR>=0.5, MMSE=0.5, MMSE=24, CDR=0; (2) No history of neurological diseases; (3) No mental health disorders; (4) No serious systemic diseases; (5) No imaging abnormalities.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Other types of dementia and cognitive symptoms are mainly caused by other reasons or other brain lesions; 2. Severe physical diseases, mental disorders, drug abuse, pregnant or breastfeeding women; 3. Drug interference: receiving chemotherapy or radiotherapy, long-term use of anticoagulants or cholinesterase inhibitors. 4. Cognitive impairment symptoms are unstable or difficult to predict, which may affect the ability to participate in the study. 5. Individuals unable to undergo imaging examinations or blood sample collection. 6. People with serious health problems or physical limitations who cannot cooperate with these examinations.
