Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients presenting to our center with current Hp infection; 2.They volunteered to participate and were able to cooperate with the study; 3.Age range: 18 to 55 years old, no gender restrictions; 4.Negative control subjects without Hp infection (aged 18-55 years, gender unrestricted, willing to participate and cooperate with this study, no underlying digestive system diseases or obvious discomfort);

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients who had received previous eradication therapy for Hp infection; 2.Medications that may affect the study results, such as proton pump inhibitors (PPI), potassium competitive acid blockers (P-CAB), bismuth, and antibiotics, were taken within 4 weeks before enrollment; 3.Patients with gastrointestinal malignancies; 4.Patients after gastrointestinal surgery; Patients with obvious diseases of the heart, lung, kidney, liver, blood, nerve, endocrine, and mental system; 5.Patients who were allergic to the drugs used in this study; 6.Pregnant or lactating women; 7.An alcoholic; 8.Combined with other medical conditions that may increase the side effects of treatment or affect the gastrointestinal microecology; 9.Long-term use of drugs that may affect the microecology of the digestive tract; 10.Inability to cooperate with the study;
