Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed with stroke (including cerebral infarction and cerebral hemorrhage) by CT or MRI, with a duration of =3 months (entering the recovery phase or sequelae phase); 2. Age >=45 years old; 3. The patient is conscious, in stable condition, and possesses basic comprehension and communication abilities 4. Informed consent, and voluntary participation in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Concurrent severe failure of vital organs such as the heart, liver, and kidneys, or other terminal illnesses; 2. Accompanied by severe aphasia, agnosia, and severe audiovisual impairment, unable to complete the questionnaire; 3. Confirmed history of mental illness or cognitive impairment (such as Alzheimer's disease); 4. Currently participating in other clinical trials that may affect the research results.
