Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years; 2. Duration of low back pain >= 12 weeks; 3. Able to understand and fill out the Chinese scale; 4. Voluntary participation in the study and signing of the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: 1. Unable to provide informed consent; 2. Incomplete filling of the scale; 3. Pregnant women; 4. History of spinal trauma or infection; 5. Participants whose symptoms and signs may continue to deteriorate (such as cauda equina syndrome, cancer, spinal cord injury, etc.) and those with any physical or mental problems that may affect the completion of the scale.
