Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients over 18 years old with advanced dMMR/MSI-H gastric cancer; 2. Neoadjuvant therapy is needed (immunotherapy, chemotherapy + immunotherapy); 3. The patient voluntarily and agrees to join the clinical research;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Gastric cancer combined with invasion and metastasis; 2. Gastric cancer combined with other malignant tumors; 3. Gastric cancer combined with dysfunction of other organs; 4. Unwilling to participate in clinical research.
