Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Community-dwelling older adults aged 60 years and above; MMSE score 27–30 (normal cognitive function); able to walk independently; signed informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of recent falls, dizziness and vertigo; use of walking aids; history of severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases or mental illnesses.
