Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy for ovarian endometrioma; postoperative histopathologic diagnosis of unilateral/bilateral ovarian endometrioma with no other ovarian pathology; having undergone the modified laparoscopic cystectomy with epinephrine injection technique; no use of gonadotropin-releasing hormone analogs within 3 months before surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. history of ovarian surgery or chemotherapy; 2. concurrent endocrine, hematologic, 3. malignant diseases; pregnancy.
