0.01% atropine eye drops combined with functional defocus glasses :Use 0.01% atropine eye drops and defocus glasses at the same time as two prevention and control measures
0.01% atropine eye drops alone:0.01% atropine eye drops, once a night before bed
functional defocus glasses alone:Wear glasses for more than 12 hours a day

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age 7-12 years old 2.Equivalent spherical power after cycloplegia optometry-0.50 D--3.00 D Astigmatism =-1.50 D 3.BCVA = 1.0 4.Intraocular pressure 10-21mmHg
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Poor near vision or poor adjustment ability 2.Previous use of orthokeratology lenses, contact lenses and other prevention and control methods 3.Strabismus, amblyopia and other eye diseases or history of eye surgery 4.Allergy to the drugs in this study
