Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Female patients aged 18–70 years with a first diagnosis of primary breast cancer (stages I–III) ; 2. Patients scheduled for modified radical mastectomy ; 3. Normal preoperative shoulder joint range of motion in the affected upper limb (forward flexion >=150°, abduction >=150°) ; 4. Conscious, able to comprehend and cooperate with rehabilitation exercises.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Distant metastasis (Stage IV) or bilateral breast cancer ; 2. History of shoulder joint disease in the affected side (frozen shoulder, severe arthritis, etc.) ; 3. Severe cardiovascular or cerebrovascular disease, hepatic or renal insufficiency (e.g., cardiac disease: New York Heart Association functional class >= III; cerebrovascular accident within the past six months; severe hepatic impairment: serum albumin =90mL/min/1.73m^2) ; 4. Cognitive impairment or psychiatric conditions affecting exercise compliance; 5. Preoperative neoadjuvant chemotherapy causing upper limb movement restrictions (forward flexion =30 kg/m^2.
