18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Male or female aged 18-70 years with heart disease requiring cardiac surgery with cardiopulmonary bypass 2. Weight 35 ~ 50kg 3. The patient has a history of heart disease with corresponding clinical manifestations (symptoms and signs);

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Emergency surgery; 2. According to KDIGO criteria G3 and lower categories of chronic kidney disease (with at least one of the following manifestations>3 months: glomerular filtration rate <= 60 ml/min/1.73 square meters, history of kidney transplantation); 3. Pregnant women; 4. Second or multiple surgeries; 5. Large vessel surgery; 6. Full thoracoscopy and thoracoscopic assisted cardiac surgery.
