18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-65 years, female, scheduled for elective gynecological laparoscopic surgery (e.g., ovarian cystectomy, uterine myomectomy). 2. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status I-II. 3. Voluntarily signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Have contraindications to transcutaneous auricular vagus nerve stimulation (taVNS) (e.g., auricular skin lesions, cardiac pacemaker implantation); 2. Used antiemetic medications within 24 hours prior to surgery or have a history of chronic opioid use; 3. Pregnant or lactating women; 4. Have a history of chronic nausea and vomiting or vestibular dysfunction.
