Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Registered doctors and nurses currently employed and possessing a license; 2.Working in a doctor or nursing position for >=1 year; 3.Voluntarily participated in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Personnel on long-term leave such as sick leave and maternity leave; 2. Interns, trainees, and standardized training personnel.
