Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Elective limb surgery patients planned to undergo axillary brachial plexus block, femoral nerve block, fascia iliaca compartment block, or sciatic nerve block for anesthesia or analgesia; 2. Age >=18 years; 3. ASA class I-II; 4. Written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Comorbid diabetes; 2. Comorbid peripheral neuropathy; 3. Presence of nerve damage, musculoskeletal deformity, scars, or surgical history in the area to be examined; 4. Presence of contraindications to peripheral nerve block (allergy to local anesthetics, coagulation disorders, infection at the procedure site, etc.); 5. Other factors that hinder the patient's cooperation with the study protocol.
