Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meeting the diagnostic criteria for RA as outlined in the 2018 Chinese Guideline for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Rheumatoid Arthritis; 2. Presenting with clinical manifestations of wrist pain, swelling, and limited range of motion; 3. Having complete clinical data.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. History of wrist trauma, surgery, or infectious arthritis; 2. Coexisting systemic lupus erythematosus or osteoarthritis; 3. Long-term use of hormonal medications; 4. Coexisting other connective tissue diseases; 5. Presence of severe organ dysfunction; 6. Severe imaging artifacts; 7. Pregnant or lactating women; 8. Incomplete clinical data or inability to cooperate with completing the examination and follow-up.
