Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Observation group: 1) Patients with first-ever stroke confirmed by imaging. 2)Disease course ranging from 2 weeks to 6 months after stroke. 3)Age between 18 and 70 years; 4) Ability to cooperate with examinations 5) Clinically diagnosed with dysphagia Control Group:1)Baseline characteristics (e.g., age, gender) matched with the observation group.2)No history of neurological or swallowing-related diseases
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1)Presence of dysphagia caused by other etiologies (such as neuromuscular diseases, head and neck tumors) 2)Severe cognitive or psychiatric disorders that prevent cooperation 3)Contraindications to ultrasound examination, such as severe skin issues in the anterior neck region 4)Other factors unsuitable for ultrasound examination
