Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant women with fasting blood glucose =5.1 mmol/L in early pregnancy or diagnosed with gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM) by OGTT; 2. Aged 20 years or older; 3. Gestational age >=8 weeks; 4. Own a smartphone, able to use WeChat and other applications without difficulty, and independently complete data entry; 5. Voluntarily participate in this study with informed consent and are willing to adhere to regular outpatient antenatal check-ups and follow-up via online and offline channels.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Presence of severe complications or comorbidities; 2. History of severe mental illness; 3. Visual impairment or comprehension impairment.
