Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Employees of Xiangya Hospital of Central South University who have the intention to lose weight and plan to undergo intensive weight loss management, with no restrictions on age, gender or ethnicity

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Including acute or chronic viral hepatitis, tuberculosis, malignancy, severe hepatic dysfunction, or chronic kidney disease, severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease within 6 months, severe gastrointestinal disease or gastrointestinal surgery within 12 months, use of drugs that affect body weight or energy balance, BMI < 18 kg/m2, and other clinically judged inappropriate people who are losing weight with lifestyle interventions.
