Intervention Group:Online self-help mindfulness intervention (MIED) course, lasting 49 days (7 weeks). Daily includes 15 minutes of mindfulness audio guidance (e.g., breathing meditation, body scan),

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Study One: (1) Has obtained the physician/nurse practice qualification certificate; (2) Participate voluntarily and sign the informed consent form. 2. Study Two: (1) Has obtained the physician/nurse practice qualification certificate; (2) Participate voluntarily and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Study 1 (1) Individuals with severe somatic diseases or other mental disorders (e.g., schizophrenia, bipolar disorder) or substance dependence; (2) Visiting physicians or interns; (3) Those who have experienced major traumatic events within the past 6 months. 2. Study 2 (1) Individuals with severe somatic diseases or other mental disorders (e.g., schizophrenia, bipolar disorder) or substance dependence; (2) Visiting physicians or interns; (3) Those who have experienced major traumatic events within the past 6 months; (4) A score of >=2 on item 9 (suicidal ideation) of the PHQ-9; (5) Individuals with long-term mindfulness experience or those who have applied mindfulness techniques for more than 2 years.
