Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 6 to 17; 2. Diagnosed with bronchial asthma; 3. Diagnosed as overweight or obese according to the screening standards for overweight and obesity in Chinese children; 4. Asthma is in a stable phase, that is, there is no acute attack and no risk of deterioration for >=4 weeks; 5. Currently receiving stable preventive treatment for asthma, and the treatment plan has remained unchanged over the past three months.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with other chronic respiratory diseases or autoimmune diseases; 2. Suffering from other serious heart, lung or musculoskeletal diseases that prevent one from exercising; 3. Frequent acute asthma attacks or recent hospitalization records; 4. Have a regular exercise habit (defined by the American College of Sports Medicine as engaging in at least 3 days /wk, 30 minutes/day, moderate-intensity planned and systematic physical activity for at least 3 months); 5. There was a severe upper or lower respiratory tract infection within 4 weeks before the start of the study; 6. Currently participating in other clinical trials that may affect the results of this study; 7. There are any medical contraindications, such as severe exercise-induced asthma or other health issues that affect athletic ability; 8. There are serious mental, psychological or behavioral problems that may affect participation in training or compliance with research procedures.
