Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) ASA physical status I-II; (2) Aged >=60 years; (3) Patients scheduled for elective non-thoracic surgery; (4) Surgery duration <=3 hours; (5) Able to understand and cooperate with respiratory training; (6) Willing to participate in the study and sign the informed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Known or predicted severe respiratory diseases; (2) Cognitive dysfunction or mental illness, unable to cooperate with training and assessment; (3) Pregnant or lactating women; (4) Patients with severe heart, liver, kidney, or other diseases; (5) Patients who refuse or are unable to cooperate
