100ml Group:Participants ingested 100 mL of clear fluid.

18 Years to 85 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status I–II; 2. Age 18–85 years; 3. Body mass index (BMI) 8 h and time since last liquid intake > 2 h before study initiation; 5. Voluntary participation in the study with provision of written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. History of upper gastrointestinal surgery; 2. Use of medications affecting gastrointestinal motility within the past 2 weeks; 3. Gastrointestinal diseases (including, but not limited to, gastroesophageal reflux, peptic ulcer disease, hiatal hernia, gastric tumors, esophageal tumors, etc.); 4. Pregnant or lactating women; 5. Upper gastrointestinal bleeding within the past 1 month; 6. Inability to cooperate with or complete the examination.
