Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years old; 2. At the time of admission to the ICU, the patient did not have ICU-AW and the estimated length of stay in the ICU is >= 72 hours; 3. The patient is conscious, able to understand and cooperate with simple instructions; 4. Obtain a written informed consent signed by the patient or their legal representative.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Absolute contraindications: Active bleeding (requiring clinical intervention), uncontrolled malignant arrhythmia/acute myocardial infarction (< 48 hours), increased intracranial pressure or risk of brain herniation, unstable fractures/spinal cord injury, deep vein thrombosis with high-risk embolism risk; 2. Interference from underlying diseases: Severe functional impairment before admission to ICU, known history of neuromuscular diseases (such as myasthenia gravis, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, Guillain-Barré syndrome, etc.); 3. Treatment restrictions: Terminal care state; 4. Confounding factors: Pregnant or lactating women; Patients are participating in other clinical trials that may significantly affect muscle strength or functional recovery.
