Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. National-level sprinters (Grade II or above) 2. Training frequency of 4 or more times per week 3. Male, aged 18 years or older 4. No cardiovascular disease risk factors, such as hypertension, hyperlipidemia, diabetes, congenital heart disease, etc.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Contraindications for EECP: including (1) moderate to severe aortic regurgitation; (2) dissecting aneurysm; (3) significant pulmonary hypertension; (4) any bleeding disorders or bleeding tendency, or use of anticoagulants with INR >2.0; (5) valvular heart disease or congenital heart disease accompanied by cardiac insufficiency; (6) active phlebitis or venous thrombosis; (7) severe left heart failure; (8) uncontrolled hypertension; (9) uncontrolled arrhythmias, including frequent premature beats (however, patients with atrial fibrillation may still benefit). 2. Recent use of medications or therapies that may affect muscle damage or recovery. 3. Skin or soft tissue diseases.
