Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-60 years; 2. Patients with PCA pump after surgery; 3. Surgery duration <=3 hours; 4. Informed consent and voluntary participation in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals who are allergic to inhaled fragrances or have abnormal sense of smell; 2. Those with a history of epilepsy, cerebrovascular accidents, or related sequelae; 3. Individuals with a history of liver and gallbladder diseases, gastric ulcers, or gastrointestinal surgeries; 4. Those with severe cardiovascular or pulmonary diseases, malignant tumors, blood disorders, or urinary system diseases.
