Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Athletic qualification shall be at or above the national first-class level. 2.Professional training duration shall be no less than 5 years. 3.Weekly training time shall be no less than 15 hours.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Suffering from chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), cor pulmonale, depression, or other major diseases; 2. Having undergone thoracic surgery; 3. Having had a pulmonary infection within 3 weeks prior to the experiment; 4. Having suspended training for 2 weeks or more before the experiment; 5. Having experienced moderate or severe symptoms such as colds and respiratory infections within 1 week prior to the experiment.
