Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 50 years old, diagnosed with single-segment thoracolumbar (T10-L5) osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures (OVCF); 2. Planned or already undergone PVP surgery, with complete thin-layer CT (slice thickness <= 1mm, in DICOM format) and bone density test data before the operation; 3. Complete clinical data (including age, gender, duration of diabetes, history of using osteoporosis drugs, surgical records (puncture path, bone cement viscosity / injection volume)); 4. 24 hours after the operation, there are CT re-examination data (to assess leakage); 5. The patient or their family has given informed consent (for retrospective cohorts, informed consent can be waived as the data has been anonymized).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Multiple segmental vertebral fractures, metastatic bone tumors, or vertebral body infections. 2.Poor quality of preoperative CT images (signal-to-noise ratio = 2 key clinical indicators that meet the exclusion criteria (such as bone mineral density T-score, cement volume injected). 4.Combined with severe cardiac, hepatic, or renal diseases, or coagulation dysfunction, and unable to comply with follow-up. 5.History of previous thoracolumbar spine surgery
