2 Years to 7 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Pediatric patients undergoing orthopedic surgery at Shengjing Hospital, aged 2 to 7 years; 2.Anesthesia method is general anesthesia, with informed consent obtained from patients and their families; 3. ASA grade I to III.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of developmental disorders, neurological diseases, or mental illnesses; 2. Refusal or inability to cooperate with this study; 3. History of bilateral vagus nerve injury or transection; 4. History of general anesthesia or sedation within one month prior to surgery; 5. Presence of infection, damage, ulceration, redness, swelling, dermatitis, or other skin conditions in the ear; 6. History of severe cardiovascular disease or arrhythmia prior to surgery; 7. Presence of an implanted cardiac pacemaker or other electronic devices prior to surgery; 8. Severe digestive system diseases, such as peptic ulcer disease or gastrointestinal bleeding; 9. Exposure to significant life stressors (e.g., changes in family/school environment, parental divorce or bereavement) within one month prior to surgery.
