18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA grade ?-?; 2. Patient undergoing elective painless bronchoscopy; 3. Aged 18-80 years; 4. Agree to participate in this study and sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with puncture site infection, hematoma, tumor and other nerve block contraindications; 2. Patients allergic to experimental drugs, mentally ill, unable to cooperate with operation, and refusing to use experimental materials; 3. Full stomach, prone to reflux aspiration risk; 4. Patients with severe bleeding tendency; 5. Heart failure (NYHA>=III); 6. Pregnant and lactating women; 7. Patients with complete upper respiratory tract obstruction, skull base fracture or nasal bone fracture have contraindicated upper respiratory tract placement.
