Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who met the diagnostic criteria of diabetes [1] were defined as clinical diagnostic criteria; 2. The scores of PTSD scale (such as PCL-5) indicated the presence of PTSD symptoms; 3. Clear consciousness, basic communication and expression skills; 4. Voluntarily participate in the study and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe mental illness (such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, etc.) or cognitive impairment; 2. Patients in acute stage or unstable condition; 3. Received systematic psychological treatment or psychological intervention in the past 3 months; 4. Unwilling or unable to adhere to the intervention and follow-up.
