Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Diagnosed with Dengue Fever Diagnosis and Treatment Protocol (2024 Edition) or Chikungunya Fever Diagnosis and Treatment Protocol (2025 Edition),; 2.From 2024 to 2025, treated at the Fifth Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University or the Eighth Affiliated Hospital of Southern Medical University; 3.The clinical data is complete, including detailed medical history, physical examination findings, and laboratory test results; there are thorough records of blood sample collection during hospitalization.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Combined with other acute infectious diseases; Combining severe chronic diseases such as malignant tumors, end-stage renal disease, decompensated liver cirrhosis, etc; 2.History of autoimmune diseases, recent use of immunosuppressants or corticosteroids for treatment; 3.Pregnant or lactating women; 4.Incomplete clinical data or missing follow-up data;
