Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: This study plans to enroll trainees who are undergoing standardized residency training in Urology at Xiangya Hospital, Central South University starting from January 2026, as well as a proportion of similar trainees receiving training at other cooperative hospitals during the same period, with an approximate ratio of 1:1.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: non-Urology standardized residency trainees
