Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Good physical health, with no cardiovascular, pulmonary or other chronic diseases. 2. Participation in two intervention sessions per week on average. 3. Received systematic table tennis training and at least Level 2 athlete or above. 4. No participation in other experiments during the present study. 5.Voluntary participation in the experiment, active engagement in tests and training, and signed informed consent.This experiment has been approved by the Ethics Committee of Guangzhou Sport University.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The presence of cardiovascular, metabolic or musculoskeletal disorders; 2. Recent use of medications or nutritional supplements that affect exercise performance; 3. Participation in other interventional studies at the same time.
