Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years old; 2. Performed as the main surgeon or key operator in elective pancreatic resection surgeries (including pancreaticoduodenectomy, distal pancreatic resection, pancreatic tumor enucleation) at Peking Union Medical College Hospital; 3. Possess complete perioperative and postoperative follow-up data (medical records, tests, imaging studies)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who underwent total pancreatectomy, only palliative bypass surgery, or emergency pancreaticoduodenectomy, etc.; 2. Those with moderate to severe acute pancreatitis before the operation or extensive destruction of pancreatic tissue caused by definite chronic pancreatitis; 3. Patients whose short-term prognosis was severely affected by non-pancreatic related major events during the perioperative period (such as severe trauma, terminal malignant tumors in other parts, etc.); 4. Patients with severely lacking key clinical data and unable to determine whether the main outcomes such as PPAP or death occurred. 4.Patients with substantial missing key clinical data, precluding reliable determination of PPAP occurrence or mortality and other major outcomes;
