Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18–70 years, any gender; 2. Meets the 2010 ACR/EULAR RA classification criteria; 3. High-resolution chest CT (HRCT) shows manifestations of interstitial lung disease (such as reticular shadows, ground-glass opacities, traction bronchiectasis, etc.), and is assessed by an expert panel to be consistent with a diagnosis of RA-ILD; 4. Impaired lung function (FVC < 80% predicted or DLCO < 70% predicted); 5. Stable glucocorticoid dose (prednisone =10 mg/day) for =4 weeks; 6. Has received at least one csDMARD treatment for =4 weeks; 7. The subject voluntarily signs the informed consent and is able to comply with follow-up.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Coexisting other autoimmune diseases or confirmed pulmonary infections, malignant tumors; 2. Active hepatitis B/C, tuberculosis, shingles, or serious infections within the past 12 weeks; 3. Pregnancy, breastfeeding, or planning pregnancy in the near term; 4. Severe liver or kidney dysfunction, hypogammaglobulinemia, or conditions deemed unsuitable for enrollment by the investigator.
