Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with benign gynecological diseases undergoing single-port laparoscopic surgery (such as ovarian cyst removal, myomectomy, total hysterectomy, etc.); 2. Age 18-65 years, BMI 18-30 kg/m²; 3. ASA : I-II; 4. Obtain the patient's and their family's consent and have them sign this informed consent form for the experimental study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Allergic to any medication used in the study; 2. BMI > 30 kg/m²; 3.Anticipated difficult airway, high risk of reflux and aspiration; 4. Severe preoperative organ dysfunction (such as severe cardiac dysfunction with EF<50%); 5. Pre-existing chronic pain or shoulder disorders; 6. History of previous lung surgery, as well as lung diseases such as emphysema or pneumothorax; 7. Long-term use of painkillers before surgery; 8. Patients with communication disorders.
