Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Healthy and free from cardiovascular, pulmonary, or other chronic diseases; 2.With more than two years of professional basketball training experience and participation in at least two provincial-level or above college basketball leagues; 3.With more than one year of aerobic or anaerobic training experience; 4.No bad habits such as alcoholism; 5.Cannot participate in other experiments while participating in this experiment; 6.Willing to participate in the experiment, able to actively participate in testing and training, and must sign an informed conse.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Low compliance 2.Loss to follow-up due to injury or premature withdrawal 3.Failure to cooperate
