Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >= 18 years, female; 2.Presence of a suspicious breast lesion confirmed by breast ultrasound; 3.A breast tissue marker clip has been placed in the breast lesion, with accurate imaging documentation; 4.Breast ultrasound examination performed using a GE-10 ultrasound diagnostic system or a Siemens ultrasound diagnostic system within the same period; 5.Preoperative or intraoperative mammography to confirm the placement location of the marker clip, or morphological verification of the clip's presence in the surgically excised pathological specimen, or synchronous breast ultrasound examination on the day of clip implantation confirming the clip's presence within the lesion.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Females who are pregnant, lactating, or have other diseases that may affect survival; 2.History of malignant tumor or surgery in the ipsilateral breast; 3.Presence of other metallic implants or devices in the body that may interfere with novel imaging examinations; 4.Presence of calcifications in the suspicious lesion identified by mammography.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
The proportion of subjects in whom the marker clip exhibits the "twinkling artifact" under color Doppler ultrasound.;

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Reoperation rate;The proportion of subjects in whom the marker clip appears as a "hyperechoic structure" on conventional B-mode ultrasound.;Positive margin rate;Breast-conserving surgery success rate;
