Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meeting the GDM diagnostic criteria defined by the International Association of Diabetes and Pregnancy Study Groups (IADPSG); 2. Age >= 18 years old; 3. primipara; 4. Single baby in cephalic position; 5. Gestation week >= 24 weeks; 6. Ultrasound examination showed no abnormalities in the fetus and it was developing well;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Multiple pregnancy with risk of preterm birth; 2. Central placenta previa after 24 weeks of gestation; 3. Persistent bleeding in the second or third trimester; 4. Threatened preterm labor or active labor; 5. Premature rupture of membranes; 6. Severe gestational hypertension; 7. Complicated with other serious comorbidities; 8. Did not deliver in our hospital for any reason;
